Recently named by The Urban List as one of Brisbanes Top 10 Personal Trainers, I believe I can play a key role in guiding people to live a healthier, more fulfilling life through habitual training and nutrition. With the right level of support and belief, this is achievable for anyone who wants it badly enough. I am particularly interested in empowering mums as I firmly believe this will have a direct impact on their family and the quality of their home environment. #mumswholiftrhq
I believe that the appropriate application of strength training and nutrition can significantly improve a persons quality of living as well as having a positive impact on their mind set and emotional state. This then paves the way for them to develop the ability to perform and strive for the results they desire. Which ultimately leads to success.
As a coach I definitely like to make it fun I also like to get the heart and lungs going with some good body strength and conditioning. My main focus at present is my seniors group, Genfit. They walk they work and then they talk.
Train so that your body can be in the best possible condition it should be.
I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to be a coach. Being able to connect, share my training philosophy and help people move better, to have a better quality of life with greater experiences, is what I love most about about coaching.
Whether you want to Improve your sport performance, reduce health risks or look and feel better, I can help you achieve your goals. Using a functional yet fun approach, I'll help give you an edge - an edge in performance, an edge in health and an edge in life.
I am a powerlifting and strength and conditioning coach with a strong belief that a strong body can help build a strong mind and vice versa. With a degree in psychology, I know the role that exercise can play in good mental health and believe having a strong and healthy body is an important cornerstone in having good quality of life. I love showing people that they are capable of things they never thought possible with the right commitment and attitude.
I believe that our quality of life is directly influenced by our health and mind set. My philosophy has and always will be; to develop & prioritise your mental self as much as you would your physical self. Why? Because these 2 components truly compliment each other & when used in conjunction, there is opportunity to tap into endless potential and creativity.
Equally adept at training beginner and seasoned gym-goers, my real passion to help develop those just starting out on their exercise journey is what I value most. You'll often find me practising what I preach at the gym while also sharing my knowledge of heavy lifting and body sculpting to further the achievement and confidence of others.
My passion is helping women, of all ages and experiences find their healthiest happiest and strongest versions of themselves, through strength training, and by empowering them to become stronger mentally and emotionally as well as physically.
Love what you do to stay fit - and it’ll never be a chore. Give new things a go - even those that scare you! Be persistent and consistent with your training, treat yourself with kindness and when you need a "push" get someone in your corner that cares and believes "you can".
My primary focus on teaching heavy lifting and improving body composition is just the start of what it takes for many of us to achieve our health and fitness goals, and what I believe has the greatest impact on a person's confidence both inside and outside of the gym. I am very passionate about providing clients with a well-rounded foundation of exercise and nutrition to see them achieve what they may not have thought possible before.
