My passion lies in the health and fitness industry, where I have been fortunate enough to work with some excellent personal trainers over the last five years. Having completed my undergraduate degree in psychology, I am particularly interested in the connection between minds and body when we train. As an Elite AIS athlete, I believe quality training yields quality results. I like to provide a framework for people to command their own training experience. I began my career as a Personal Trainer in 2014 when I decided I needed a change in career, into a role where I can add value to people's lives.
